Terms of Use

Effective date: August 22, 2026

Welcome to Catholic Paradigm (catholicparadigm.com), published by Deacon Dan DeLuca. By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Membership and Billing

Some content is available only to paying members. Prices and what each plan includes are shown at signup. Where a free trial is offered, a payment method is collected at signup and the subscription bills automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel first — we say this plainly at signup and send a reminder email the day before the trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues through the period already paid. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us through the contact page and we will make it right.

Content and Use

Everything published on this site — articles, homily guides, study materials, and downloads — is protected by copyright. You are welcome to read, print, and share brief quotations with attribution and a link. Republishing full articles, redistributing member content, or reselling any material requires written permission. Members receive a personal, non-transferable license to use member content for their own study, preaching, and teaching.

Comments

Comments are welcome and moderated. We may remove comments that are abusive, off-topic, commercial, or contrary to the charitable spirit of the site. You are responsible for what you post.

Nature of the Content

The writing here is religious and educational commentary. Where faithful Catholics may legitimately disagree on prudential questions, the views expressed are the author’s own and are not official statements of the Archdiocese of Omaha or the Catholic Church. Nothing on this site is legal, financial, or medical advice.

Advertising and Affiliate Links

The site displays advertisements and affiliate links. Purchases made through affiliate links may earn the site a commission at no additional cost to you.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The site is provided “as is.” We work to keep it accurate and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or freedom from error. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the site is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes and Contact

We may update these terms; the current version will always be posted here with its effective date. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, USA. Questions? Reach us through the contact page.
